Consciously crafted candles for precious stories.
The WKND Candle Co believes in the power of scents to conjure nostalgia and contain our most precious memories, and hence commit to personal craftsmanship that adds a unique human touch to every candle they create.
Together with the team behind the brand, we selected an elegant typeface with unique curves and details that echo that special personal touch, and complement their adventurous, contemporary photography that encapsulates the intimate stories behind their scents. The accompanying handwritten script typeface further adds to this distinct personal element while adding a hint of elegance, and a simple and clean body typeface grounds everything and retains the brand's down-to-earth dedication to eco-consciousness.
We thoughtfully selected a soft, neutral colour palette that keeps just the right amount of colour, creating a warm and inviting ambience that pairs well with other elements of their photography and collaterals while creating a soft sense of nostalgia.
In the end, we developed a distinctive, special and dynamic brand suite that encapsulates the personality and values behind their work.
